Kiwanis Club of Middletown will hold its Halloween parade beginning at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 15.
The Kiwanis club plans to give bigger prizes and support local food vendors, a representative said Tuesday night at a Middletown Borough Council meeting. ??
